Yes, I must admit to it... I did watch the season premiere of the 3rd season of this show with the two dumb blondes, Paris and Nicole. Can you believe they made 3 seasons out of this show ! Can you believe millions of people are still watching this "staged" reality show. I have to admit some of it IS entertainining and the rest, just plain stupid.

Finally a good "horror/suspense/creepy" movie. Dakota Fanning is become a huge star quite fast with recent movies like "I am Sam" and "Man on Fire". We'll see her next summer with Tom Cruise in "The War of the Worlds". In this film, she does a good job looking scary with her dark hair... If you want to know where, what and who Charlie is... check this film out!

''Sideways'' is a nice film, a good film but I'm not sure it deserved to be the ''best-reviewed'' film of the year. I don't think it should have gotten a Best Picture nomination either. Paul Giamatti, who I usally get annoyed with really quick, delivers a solid performance and so does the supporting cast. The movie also features a few really funny moments but I prefered Alexander Payne (the director) earlier movies ''Election'' with Reese Whiterspoon (rent it if you haven't seen it, it's hilarious!) and ''About Schmidt''.

''The Apprentice'' is one of the smartest and most entertaining shows around. The first episode last week was great with the Burger King task. I think that ''singing'' guy should have been fired, he will get really annoying. This week should be fun, renovations and someone walks off... The one thing that bugs me a lot is when ''The Donald'' makes his entrance, that freakin' royalty music, like he's the king of the world, really pisses me off!

Sometimes, the movie soundtracks are even better than the actual film, and that's what happens here! A lot of new great songs from Jet, The Donnas, Switchfoot, Evanescence, Finger Eleven, Taking Back Sunday, etc. It's actually the best movie soundtrak I've hear in quite a while.

The first action film of the year is an okay one. Some things don't make much sense... the fearless secretary that dresses like a hooker, the hot doctor, Laurence Fishburne still wearing his "Matrix" purple suit, really really fake snow with snow flakes floating form left to right.... etc. If you want to enjoy this film, turn your brain off and don't ask to many questions. That way, you can some fun with this popcorn flick.

I am glad the show is finally back... always entertaining to watch. The auditions get boring after a few weeks, but I can't wait until the top 32. For now, we get to see a few talented people and a lot of weird and horrible singers craving attention. This season, there are celebrity judges during the auditions (Mark McGrath, Brandy, etc.). I will be hooked on this show again.

A good way to explain what this new show is.... "The O.C." meets "Carrie" (The Classic horror film). The first two episodes this week were very intriguing. A spooky show with drama, good looking people and a spooky mood. I'm unfortunately not sure how long they will be able to stretch this storyline and maintain our interest. We'll see!

This Spanish film won for best foreign film at the Golden Globes last weekend. Javier Bardem plays a quadriplegic who fights for the right to die after spending over twenty years lying in a bed. His performance is incredible. Obviously, this is a depressing subject matter for a slow paced film, but Bardem's performance here is well worth 2 hours of your time.

I finally found 3 hours out of my busy schedule to go see "The Aviator" before the Oscars and it was well worth it. I definitely liked this film better than Scorsese's previous movie, "Gangs of New York". Leonardo gives here an outstanding performance as Howard Hughes which got him a Golden Globe for best Actor last week. Cate Blanchet is brilliant, as usual, in the role of Katherine Hepburn.

As you guys know, I am a big fan of Jennifer Garner (Alias, Daredevil, 13 Going On 30. Catch Me If You Can, Dude, Where is My Car ?, etc.)! This film is much better than Daredevil, where her character, Elektra, died. This film features cool special effects and martial arts. Visually, the director also did a good job... and the soundtrack is really good (I bought the CD featuring Taking Back Sunday, Switchfoot, Evanescence, etc.)

Scarlett is one of Hollywood's most promising rising stars but in this film, she only has a supporting role but she is great. Topher Grace (Win A Date With Tad Hamilton, That 70's Show) shines in this cute dramatic-romantic comedy. He is a natural and makes us laugh out loud. Dennis Quaid is okay but Scarlett and Topher definitely steal the show.

Finally, after a long wait since last Spring, Alias is finally back! The 2-Hour season premiere was incredible.... Unfortunately, I do not trust Sydney's sister, she's too cute, nice, everyone loves her. Here comes trouble (LOL). The first 20 min. on the train was so cool, and Jennifer Garner, well, she's great ! Can't wait to see what this new season will bring us.

Last time Hilary Swank gave such a good performance, she won an Oscar for her role in "Boy's Don't Cry". This time, her performance is once again very impressive (she gained 19 pounds of muscle for her role) but this movie is much better. Eastwood should definitely be nominated for Best Director and maybe even for his acting. Freeman is, in my opinion, one of the best actors around, and does not disapoint in this film. And believe me, you will hate Swank's family members in the film.

I was excited for this creepy weird thriller to come out, but unfortunately, January horror movies are usually pretty bad... just like this one. Not much happens in this film, Michael Keaton just keep recording and staring at static on TVs. Like a lot of other horror movies, it ends in a really weird way. My favorite part, the OLP song "Somewhere Out There" during the closing credits.

With the success of freaky show "Lost" on ABC, many networks are trying to get a piece of the pie! With these types of shows, it sometimes takes a few weeks to really have a clear opinion of the show. The first episode introduced us to Patricia Arquette's character (based on a real person)! So far, so good.... We'll see where this show takes us.

There's been a lot of talk about this french film for the last few months... It's pretty much the rise and fall of international star Alys Robi. Pascale Buissieres, who plays Robi, gives an outsanding performance. Unfortunately, I was a little disapointed with the final result. The constant flashbacks tend to get really annoying, but it's still worth seeing (might be perfect for a rental!)

It's a little weird when a horror movie like this comes out on "Christmas Day"... Why ? Anyways, horror movies that come out around January are usually not so great. This one is no exception! They keep showing us flashbacks of "something bad" happening to kids 40 years ago, what ? Well, we're not sure... This movie keeps a whole lot of questions unanswered...
